Return & Refund Policy
No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrectly shipped product, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

To process your request, you must provide:

An unboxing video clearly showing the product in its original sealed packaging

Clear images of the damaged/incorrect item
Claims for missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof.
Damaged or leaked products due to transit must be reported within 24–36 hours of delivery.
Product Sensitivities
Our perfumes are crafted using premium aromatic compounds and natural extracts. Individual skin types may react differently. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.
Non-Delivery
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for review.
Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used at checkout.

If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund amount for prepaid orders.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
If a prepaid order is returned to us due to refusal or failed delivery, a ₹75 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 4–5 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged Package on Delivery
If your package appears tampered with or physically damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
Payment Policy
Currently, Aromax Creation accepts prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
